the new and ridiculous skrill fees

I just got this email from Skrill.
We are contacting you to let you know that we are making some changes to the Skrill Account Terms of Use that govern our relationship with you and the way we provide the Skrill Services.

The changes will come into effect on 15 July 2021. Your continued use of the Skrill services after that date will be taken as your acceptance of the above changes. Please get in contact with us should you need further information.

You can view the new Skrill Account Terms of Use by clicking on the link above. You can read a summary of the key changes below.
Information Provided During the Signup Process
All information you provide during the signup process or any time thereafter must be accurate and truthful. If you do not provide such information or cooperate as instructed by us within three (3) months of opening your Skrill Account or within such later deadline as we may notify to you thereafter we may charge you an administration fee as displayed in the "Fees" section of the Website.
Withdrawal Amount
The funds on your Skrill Account must be sufficient to cover the minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable withdrawal fee. You can choose the method of withdrawal when submitting your withdrawal request.
Changes to the Keep Skrilling Fee
Your Skrill account is free for personal use as long as you log in or make a transaction at least every 6 months. Otherwise a service fee of EUR 5.00 (or equivalent) will be deducted monthly from your account.
