Seems like construction is going well. I saw one house with the bricks almost completed. Does anyone have any delay letters as of yet? I assume there will be at least one delay

Our ground breaking was suppose to happen in August ,but no email yet .
Wondering what the appraisal value would be now since the market has dipped .

This area is probably unsell-able anymore. I doubt anyone can offload their units for whatever they paid. Gotta take a huge hit to offload.

Heard Towerhill did price adjustments.
We should be entitled to one too in this market.

I can confirm towerhill did price adjustments. A family member bought with Towerhill and they have signed amendments for price reduction from the purchase price.

The house we purchased with aspen is almost done. Builder told us we will be closing as per our purchase agreement. No delays expected. if the other two builders in the SAME development are reducing prices, shouldn't Aspen Ridge be doing the same?

Houses in this area are basically un-sellable at this point. The market is more balanced now, anyone who bought here is underwater big time.
