New Text/eTransfer Scam, how do I report this?

Why bother, it's a waste of time. Just delete the email/message. It's almost 100% that it's a fake email address anyways.

As I said, increase awareness and remove any doubts, that someone desperate, might actually think this is legit.

It's definately fake. And it was initiaited through text from a local number.

Hmm, well, the police could freeze the account and seize any items in limbo already? Blacklist the name and payment method for any other fwd'ing companies? Aren't they vested in pursuing fraud?

Even use the fwd'ing address in whichever country (I'm guessing .CZ) to pursue the matter with that country as well? Assuming good ties.

Mobilize Interpol? LOL.

Or is that not what police are supposed to do? Fraud Prevention? Cybercrime? Last time I checked, they do have such divisions dedicated to this sort of enforcement.

Anyway, raising awareness.

It was a fun exchange and I knew it from the get go, but was sincerely fascinated to see exactly how it would play out.
