New Vendor Help - Cannot Reach Redflagdeals

Hi, there is a new vendor similar to BestBuy and Staples that has tried to reach Redflagdeals via Contact Us to discuss how to post new deals as a vendor but there has been no response for over 2 months. Also sent email to redflagdeals support email address but no response for weeks. They registered a new account as a corporate user but the new account was instantly auto banned when they tried to post a new deal. Has not been able to reach Redflagdeals and dont know how to go about posting their best deals since they are auto-banned - probably based on preset rules. What can be done now? Can someone give guidance on a new business that wants to promote their deals on redflagdeals on how to go about it?

That vendor might be approaching advertising in Redflagdeals in a wrong way. They are regular advertisers not "corporate" members [lest regular members]. Formally, there isn't any "corporate" RFD forum member posting hot deals themselves. The forum community would consider anyone doing so as shill or spammer. OTOH, there are plenty of business having threads getting promoted (or sponsored / pinned) on the Hot Deal Forum, but such threads are owned (launched) by RFD staff on charge of paid advertisement content and it's clearly indicated that such threads are paid advertisement ("[sponsored]" tag in title).

Can you PM me the name of the business and/or the email address of who sent the request in. Chances are it was flagged as spam by our ticketing system and not seen by anyone. Also as aviador mentioned, the proper route for this type of request is contacting advertising/sales directly.
