Amd has a radeon driver uninstaller for download . Use that before you pull out your card, then install new card. Might want to pre download the Nvidia drivers too so once your bootup with new card, install new drivers

1. Uninstall AMD/Cataylst software just as you would any other program.
2. Download DDU and run it in safe mode to clear out any remnants.
3. Shut down.
4. Uninstall old card.
5. Install new card.
6. Power on.
7. Install new drivers from Nvidia site.

Help installed the video card computer is a dell vestro 470 video card is a msi 1070 itx oc and I can not even get into the setup menu with the card in the slot does that mean I can not use this card with my motherboard??

The screen comes up saying dell 470 and says hit f2 for setup or f2 to boot but nothing can't do anything it sits there for about 30 or 60 seconds and let's out one beep

Is the monitor connected to the motherboard on the Dell or the graphics card?
Also, the 1070 is powered and the fan is spinning? Maybe your power supply is not good enough to power the video card and the rest of the PC, the 1070 should have at least two 6 pin, maybe one 6 and one 8?

Do yourself a favor and don't install GeForce experience (there is a box to un-tick in the Nvidia display driver installer program). It is a pain in the @ss, runs shadowplay by default bogging performance, and the automatic game settings suck. It is worthless and I hate it.
