Well the 275gb MX300 is only $105 right now from NeweggEbay. If you can pony up $15 more.

My last ADATA m.2 ssd died like 2 months ago, and it was relatively easy to get RMA. The worst part was paying for registered shipping to USA, other than that they were quick with it.
