It's Asus, they know their stuff more than your average internet "expert".
Also, it's a 75W GPU. Doesn't require a blower to begin with.
This is excellent for an ITX build. More compact than the 2-fan version.

Also, price is now $349.

Most people here would ask you politely to hop in your time machine and repeat that wondrous feat.
In case you haven't noticed, there's a worldwide GPU shortage, and prices are crazy.

Trolls with nothing to contribute and people who downvote out of spite discourage other RFD members from posting again in the future.
Let's keep this place civil, the world is already full of assholes.

It might just be the smaller city vs bigger city factor, but my local Kijiji has 1650s that are sitting there not selling for awhile for $300 or so, some RX 580s around there too. I got a couple 1060 3GB for $250 each. There's a bunch of stuff like that not selling, admittedly many sellers will refuse to budge but I don't think they are going to get what they're asking. Maybe some stuff was used for mining, I don't know if people mine on such low end cards, but anyway I think some decent (for this time we're in) deals are out there.

I paid $500 for a GTX1080.
And thank the flying spaghetti monster I still have that thing right now and it's still good enough for everything but AAA 4K.

at this price point you might as well just buy a pre built and sell all the parts except the video card youll end up with a way better gpu for the same price.

LOL...good luck selling all the crappy parts in that pre build, especially when everybody and their uncle doing the same thing.
