Strange, the 5TB shows as $299.99 reg price while the 6TB shows as $269.99 reg price. Glitch?

Often, the regular price is the price when it's released. For exemple, if the 5TB was released 2 years ago, the initial price could be $299 as at that time, it was more expensive to make than now.

Why are the reviews on Newegg so bad?
Maybe Newegg dropped the whole skid,
and would like to get rid of them asap?

NO RFD! you will not make me spend money on what I don't neeeeeed!!!

But yea, great price, however, I still have 1.5TB free out of 6TB (from my 3 3TB Red's in my DS413j in SHR). Theoretically still have a spot for another 3TB to plug in

reviews are terrible.

and wd reds usually have flying fanboy reviews.

these things are giving serious problems early on , id avoid from newegg . pm elsewhere if anything to avoid bad stock at a warehouse
