Newegg.ca shipping?

I purchased an item from newegg.ca the other day. Today I got a shipping notification email. Apparently the item is being shipped from california and using UPS. Am I gonna be charged duty? I feel like I will be and I certainly don't want the item if I will be (it will be cheaper to get it elsewhere then).

If I am dinged for duty, can I tell them I don't want it and refuse the package?

I order from Newegg.ca all the time. You won't be charged anything extra.

I order a HHD from .ca but it came from the US and there was no extra charges.

Oh man, I didn't even notice they shipped UPS when I ordered the HDD. Good thing I'm having my purchase shipped to my work, so it's not left out by the curb for the cats to pee on. Got to love UPS. lol
