F on fakespot though. I bought one of these before. It's crap. Has write issues and makes the HDD click sometimes. Once the drive is in another enclosure, it works fine.

Really? Because these get posted time to time on here and the overall consensus is these are one of the better brands.

Mine has been in use for 13 months now running 24/7 without any issues whatsoever.

Fakespot is a joke.

I have a couple of these and don't think they are the best. My SSD doesn't get full sata3 speeds from them. As soon as I pop it into the actual computer it speeds right up to what it is supposed to. For regular spinning drives I've had no problem.

if you don't mind waiting, you can buy directly from Orico on AliExpress for the same price as this deal or even cheaper. Obviously if you need it sooner rather than later, it's not a good choice, but if you can wait, there's deals to be had there.

I also own an Orico USB 3.0 to SATA adapter I bought from Orico on AliExpress. Paid like $5 for it shipped. It's basically the same thing as an enclosure without the enclosure part. Works great.
