[Newegg] Cooler Master NR200 Mini-ITX case $84.99

Use promo code CEMCEYSA24 to bring the price down to $84.99

Seems a nice deal?

I am not sure what's the difference between NR200 and NR200P, Tempered glass panel?

If I'm not mistaken, you get both side panel options and a PCI riser with the NR200P.

Yup. The PCI Riser is nice to have to be able to have slightly different configuration. The glass panel is nice, but I stick with the mesh panel for better temps.

It's a really awesome case. I have an ATX PSU, 240mm AIO and a full size 3070 in this case with the riser and running at very reasonable temps while looking sleek. One of the best cases that I've ever used.

What are your reasonable temps?

I've been wanting to try one of these cases (currently using a Node 202) but didn't know if it would be an actual improvement or lateral movement so to speak.

Node 202 with 3600X and 2060S with a Noctua cooler plus two 120mm fans under GPU have me idling at like 38-40C for CPU and 30C for GPU

Reason: I'm a dummy, using Noctua, not AIO as stated

Those looks to be better temps.

I have a 9600k, I get around 35-40C across the board for Idle. Loaded GPU at 57-60C, idle around 40C. I think these are reasonable for a mini ITX power setup.

I'm using a Evo 212 with 5900x and idle in the mid 40s C.

Great little case but now I want to go even smaller to something around 10-15L

Ah gotcha thanks!

Looks to be lateral mostly lol especially if you're running a 3070.

Hi, where do you get the ATX PSU bracket? is it from the manufacturer itself ?

Out of curiosity how do you have the AIO (also which one) mounted in the 202?

Oh god I can't believe I said that lol I was thinking of my rig beforehand with the AIO... I'll def edit that post, thanks for sorting my brain for me haha

I'm sure you could jury rig one in but the Node 202 is smaaaaall

In the Node 202 I have a Noctua L9a cooler, but have recently 3D printed a sort of duct that will seal the cooler fan right to the case grille. Apparently this heavily lowers temps as hot air isn't getting pulled back in.

Yup, it's a 3D Printable file that's available for free from Coolermaster - https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/ca ... ket-nr200/

You can print it if you have a 3d printer or get someone to do it. Alternatively, you can find simpler one from thingiverse that's also available for free!

Yup, love my 202 but there's no room for anything in there. I've been considering moving back to a larger case just for versatility. Thought someone figured out a way to jury rig a small AIO in the 202. Hopes dashed. Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes

Just finished a ryen 9 3950 + RTX3080 build with 5 Noctua fans going. The NR200 is really easy to work with. It is just the right size for have a small footprint on you desk.

Out of Curiosity, what kind of temps do you get at load?
Also, which Noctua fan did you get?

Simulating full GPU load by running eth miner, the video card is reporting 49C while it is hashing. Same card in my larger Lian Li 150 case had the card going at 60C.

I haven't done any other measurements to compare just the effects of the case or the noctua fans because who has time for that other than YouTubers hoping for clicks.

The fans I got in the case are
NH-C14S for the CPU

NF-P14s for side plate

2x NF-A12x25 to suck air up from bottom up https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07C5VG64V/ref ... UTF8&psc=1

Stock exhaust 120mm fan from cooler master that came with case

Which 3080 do you have? I'm just curious since you had room for standard rather than slim fans beneath it.

I'm rocking the OEM Dell RTX 3080. The shroud comes in contact with bottom fans. I'm planning on running it with the shroud off and ordered the adapter to connect the bottom fans directly to GPU and will test again once the cable arrives.

The video I watched first that got me interested in the case was this one

I also saw a video about deshrouding and I was considering it, but in another thread an RFD'er said they did it and it sucked so I decided not to. I ended up just not using any bottom fans for now, but I might get a couple slim Noctuas eventually.
