[Newegg] Dell Latitude 5000 5420 14" Touchscreen Notebook - Full HD - 1920 x 1080 - Intel Core i5 (11th Gen) i5-1145G7 ($849.99)

Get $550 off w/ promo code SAVENEGGK348, limited offer, ends in a few hours.

It's a great deal, this laptop is $1629 at Dell (https://www.dell.com/en-ca/work/shop/la ... 542014usca), even with coupons and rakuten cashback it only gets down to $1315

Plus, it qualifies for hassle-free returns so no shipping charges or restocking fees.

Yeah but laptop qualifies for hassle-free returns

In addition you can get another 8gb module for $50 and a 1TB ssd for about $140 (Samsung 970 Evo Plus)

Not a bad laptop but definitely not a hot deal. It's pretty much regular price, heck you can even find better deals. Just look through RFD.

good deal for Latitude, notably dual TB4 port, dual DIMM slots, HDMI 2.0, touch screen for a "boring" business laptop, RFDer probably love a better cpu, higher screen resolution or 16:10. memory and nvme drive can be upgraded easily
personally i avoid newegg for big ticket items, may have bought this if were sold by Dell directly

For the specification it's not hot. But Latitude is business product line and it's usually more expensive than the consumer ones. Don't buy if you don't need a Latitude.

Not terrible, though I'd take a Thinkpad T14 or p14s over this any day. This may be Dell's business grade, but their keyboard still feels terrible and that rubbery soft touch coating they use all over the unit shows wear easily (assuming they still use that, we had a few 8th gen units at work and I was not impressed).
