[Newegg] G.Skill 32GB 3600MHz CL16 RAM F4-3600C16D-32GVKC $184.99 + $4.99 ship (updated)

Excellent deal on two great kits. I run the 16GB right now and just grabbed the 32GB kit.
CL16 3600MHz is a nice sweet spot for Ryzen builds and this happens to hit QVL on many boards (check the GSKILL websites for more QVL info that the board manufacturers may not have updated yet).

16GB: https://www.newegg.ca/g-skill-16gb-288- ... 6820232880 -- update: new $15.99 shipping has somewhat killed this deal -- that being said there seems to be a lack of good choices for 16GB CL16 3600MHz kits so even at ~$117 it's not THAT bad. It does make the 32GB deal look that much better though lol.

32GB: https://www.newegg.ca/g-skill-32gb-288- ... 6820232907 -- update: new $3.99 $4.99 shipping -- still a great deal

It's not B-Die, but for the price this is hard to pass up. Keep in mind they're 42mm. Should be fine for many situations but it's not super lo-pro like LPX or anything like that.

Happy computing / gaming,
hv

EDIT: For a more affordable option, good for those not trying to push highest of frames and just wants affordable capacity - https://www.newegg.ca/g-skill-32gb-288- ... 6820232091 - $149.99 with free shipping.

OP, would you happen to have a link to a list of B-die kits?

Pretty good deal for the 32GB. Wondering if it will go lower on BF though.

I honestly would get the 16GB GSKILL in the original post even with the $20 shipping lol.

Unless you are looking for something very specific and the RAM from CC fits the bill.

Not on hand though I think there are various website that track them. If you can find them, they seem to be very very pricey.

I was wondering too. Pulled the trigger since I needed the RAM asap (ideally LAST week lmao) but let's see! I'm looking out for a 2TB SSD deal, hopefully nvme.

Corsair sometimes uses the same part number while switching the guts (memory ICs). This is indicated by a version number on the package which often isn't shown online. So it is hard to know if the ram is compatible with your motherboard when comparing it to your motherboard's QVL.

For instance, I received a version 4.32 kit and it kept crashing my x470 system. I later found out that 4.32 was a version not listed in my QVL.. there was 4.27, 4.31, 5.32, etc. I've since went the G Skill and Crucial route instead.

Also, that kit is 3200. Op's kit is 3600 for about the same cost. I'd get OP's kit. If you want RGB, I like the Trident Z Neos.

OP's kit is 3600mhz while the Corsair is 3200mhz. So no they are not the same the G.Skill would be faster.

In generally usage though most people wouldn't notice a difference however. Still if you want RGB I think there are better deals if you look around.

The 32GB kit was ~$185 on amazon in September. FWIW Flight Sim 2020 legitimately needs as much RAM as you can give it. I'm going to hold on one more day and see if these or similar drops lower. But good deal!
