The 2x32GB kit is $324.99, 50c more per stick, but would probably save it on shipping from newegg unless you price match at memex as mentioned.

Realistically, 2 should be bought at the same time unless someone has 1 stick of it already.

Well yes, but you wouldn't do 1x32, you'd do 2x32, or 4x32 if your motherboard supported it.

You would be on 2T, unless you were on quad channel I think. 2t on dual channel essentially means slightly higher latency.
