I wouldn't install even if it was free but I am not the target audience I guess.

On Windows 10, Win Defender is very powerful these days and little bit of common sense goes a long way in terms of security.

Thanks, have been using Bitdefender and it's been annoying as hell.
Thrilled to go back to Kaspersky.

This post is mainly for everyone who uses Kaspersky.
Some people prefer this anti-virus over others.

Same man. I tried Bitdefender last year and it was terrible. Also made my PC slower.

So many pop-ups trying to optimize my work vs home profiles. And then, not being able to whitelist anything. Been 6 months, free but you get what you pay for.

I would trust Newegg over Ebay especially when the order is fulfilled by Newegg.
Just my opinion.

Ebay has buyer protection? No trust required.

What is Windows Defender not doing correctly that third party that don't make the core OS do better? Not only that MS bought the company who made a really good AV then added it into windows. Just trying to wonder why people are throwing cash out of the window for duplicate of what they have already.

For those looking for a solution to increase their security in their entire home network. You can configure Cloudflare for teams and setup a gateway for your home network. Then you modify the DNS to point to cloud flare (can be done on your wireless routers to apply it to your whole network) and then you can set up filters for malware, spyware, ads etc.

It’s not the same as an antivirus, but it’s a very good layer of security without installing applications, especially taxing ones like most antivirus.

It’s also free.

Virus that can destroy windows defender within 1ms are incredibly easy to make, actually. There's ton out there. Pretty much all miners SAAS include it. Don't rely on it, for real.

True, that's where the common sense comes into play. Don't click on unknown emails, links, etc.
