I'm looking for a 128GB High Endurance microSD card and found this.

https://www.newegg.ca/kingston-128gb-mi ... 6820242270

* UHS-I U1 Speed Class 10
* 20,000 Operating hours

Amazon.ca is selling this card for $45.79. However, there is no review on this card. So, I can't tell how reliable it is.

There is no adapter come with this microSD card.

Looks good to me... I would think you would be less likely to get a fake from Newegg than Amazon

Have there been fake items sold by Amazon themselves or are you referring to third parties?

I have heard of fake memory cards coming from Amazon, I don't have any firsthand experience though. I would imagine you wouldn't have any trouble returning it, but you might learn that it's fake the hard way

I'm considering this one now that it costs just over half as much as the Samsung Pro Endurance ($50 +$2.99 S/H), although the Samsung gets twice as many writes and longer 5-yr warranty.

You gotta be careful with all these cards, I have a Sandisk high endurance that my F800 camera keeps reporting as needing formatting as soon as I turn the car on. I suspect it's because it overheats in the sun (camera is too hot to touch!), meaning the operating temperature is critically important. Will buy this one, claims 85C. Thanks op!

You could also do the Premier 30-day trial for free shipping. You might want to lump some other items in there to take full advantage though.

Couple of years ago I picked up a some Howard Leight shooting earmuffs from Amazon.ca that were found to be knock off's. Amazon sent an email advising to stop using them and fully refunded me my purchase. They let me keep the fake set but I really have no use for counterfeit safety gear.
