[Newegg] [Black Friday] Oculus Quest 2 - get $80 Newegg Gift Card

Newegg.ca is selling both models with a $80 gift card.

This is the lowest price, as long as you will use their GC. I suspect that the following week will still have strong promos, good chance to use that $80 GC. As well, Boxing Week and Gifting from yourself to yourself is still a thing in December!

Thanks. Ordered one.

So does anyone have a recommendation for a 10+ft USB C cable for this? It's so hard to sift through all the crap they have on amazon now. The official cable is like $100 on their website....

Bought this one and it works like a charm, verified through oculus app on the PC and I've had no issues playing Steam VR

Good deal for those that make purchases from Newegg. Since I don't buy anything from Newegg, the $70 credit deal from Best Buy is better for me.

Here’s a quick tip: If you use 5Ghz wifi you can use Virtual Desktop and do wireless PC gaming.
I did this successfully last year in order to play Alyx, Space Pirates, and a bunch of others. I even played from the room next to the modem (it’s bigger) and it only glitched out a couple times.

For my uses, I don’t need a 10’ cable at all. Just one to charge from the wall, and maybe a shorter one to charge from a head-mounted battery pack.

Experience: probably about 50 games; 30 on quest, 20 wirelessly through Steam VR.
