It's back but in a different listing:

https://www.newegg.ca/p/23B-003D-000H9? ... -_-Product

The one year warranty is gone. I doubt OnePlus would've covered it from Canada anyway. Two year coverage at $82 worth it?

Edit: The express shipping option seems to be not selectable.
I bought it when it said warranty of 1 year is included are they obliged to honor it somehow?

I got bought this last Thursday and it arrived via DHL today. I didn't pay for express shipping.

This phone is amazing for the price. It came with a north american plug and a manufacture date of July 2019.

It still says :

Limited Warranty period (parts): 1 year
Limited Warranty period (labor): 1 year

Also this thread should be returned to hot deals and not expired again unless it goes out of stock for a couple of days at least.

Yeah the listing's been updated with the warranty. Not that I think there's a high chance of it being honoured, but still very tempting.

Did your DHL number ever actually show on their site?

I did some research, there are some things you gotta be aware of.

1) Glass back of the case is quite fragile esp near the buttons, so get a decent case for it, don't cheap out. It's a known issue of it cracking since OP6, you can look it up on Reddit or OnePlus forums, beware.
2) Don't unlock the bootloader if you stream a lot of media like 720p Netflix, Prime, etc. It will lose Widevine L1 security to L3 only allowing 480p being streamed due to DRM. GooglePlay, or banking apps in general might also be affected. It can probably be re-locked but no confirmation yet.

Still deciding between this S10 vs Zen Phone 6 vs K20 Pro. Can anyone verify if the warranty is valid is in Canada?

Getting a good case is a must as you said.

This phone is definitely better than all the ones you mentioned so far. The only phone that gives the OP7 Pro any competition is the Note 10+

No way to verify the warranty service in Canada until something wrong happens but I can confirm that the seller is willing to handle claims.

Update : Phone is available in all colors for 796$

Contact the seller and ask to get a refund on the shipping if it takes more than 5 business days (7 calendar days) because that's not "express" otherwise.

If the seller gave it to DHL and they are not updating their tracking system then there's not much you can do. My guess is that you'll be getting it by next Friday.
