On the page it says "Fees for brokerage and duty included in price." so should alleviate issues there. Note that Rosewill is Newegg's in-house brand.

No SACC rating.
Specs say good for 200 sq ft ONLY.

If you get a lemon and have to ship it back to the US, it's going to cost you a lot more than $20. Read the warranty terms BEFORE buying.

That thing will cost you a lot more in the long run in electricity than buying this:

I guess if you can't have access to Costco or if they are Out of Stock around you...
