It a NVME SSD drive that is 512GB capacity. Don't think it has Dram in it, but maybe a good drive for basic use. Thought pass this on to RFD for those interested...

It is not an nvme drive, it is a SATA 3 drive in an M.2 form factor, make sure your motherboard supports it before buying, however many support both nvme and sata 3 in the m.2 format ports they have. Nonetheless a 512GB ssd at $60, seems an excellent price for a secondary drive.
