Good price, but timings are weird ( 16-20-20-40 ) and 32GB is overkill for most people ... even 16GB is too much for most

aren't most timings for 3200 ram 16-18-18-38 ?

Really depends. My wife for example use her computer for big CAD models, and 16GB was barely enough (her memory would be 95% used at 16GB)

For her, memory latency wasn't as big of a deal.

And on top of that, Chrome LOL

Buy as much RAM as you can afford, never hurts to have too much overhead.
