Many of the reviews seem to indicate condition is used not refurbished meaning they come with scratches or stickers from previous owners. Also no chargers no cables and most probably limited battery life. Seems to buying at your own risk a la Kijiji

Those third party refurbished iPad probably is worse than kijiji

Yes and some are probably demo units i.e. been in constant use for months upon months, so battery life will be poor.

No mention of condition, I would assume Grade C..

Also all sold by FONEFLIP, who has only 25 feedback. Not sure if that means anything, but on eBay would be a sure sign of a scam.

Thats an interesting reason to buy one.
I noticed on the cheapest one that it said maximum order 200 units per customer suggesting they have lots of stock. Or they boiler plated the listing and forgot to take that out.
