Don't forget Rakuten's 1% cashback (unless you're close to a Memory Express - see below).
This X570 Unify is a good choice for people looking for a mid-high end X570 board at a decent price right now at Newegg. Most everywhere else it's in the low $400s. Relative to prices at other retailers, this isn't an amazing deal. However, relative to other mid-high end boards, this MSI becomes quite attractive. USPs:
Note: if you have a local Memory Express, you can PM from ME's price of $429.99 for another $5 off (PM price I got was $384.90), which is slightly better than Rakuten's 1% cashback.

Almost went with the Gigabyte X570 AORUS Master. Although the Gigabyte has slightly better VRM and DAC, it only has 1x PCIe x16, and even that gets bumped to x8 when you use the middle slot which is x8. [EDIT] Corrected above -- the PCIe on this MSI has the same x8/x8 mode

- PCIe 4.0 -- 2 slots at x16/0 or x8/x8 mode / 1 slot at x4
- PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 all 3 slots -- 2x chipset M.2 (with raid 0/1/10 support) and 1x CPU M.2
- Very good VRM
