The portable power travel charger... who is this intended for? You want the changeable blade where the US blade is (inlet socket), so that your adapter works anywhere in the world. The way its designed, it'll work anywhere in North America with devices from around the world. They did it backwards. This is one of the stupidest things I've seen on Newegg.
