Red Plus and Red Pro are CMR, Red is SMR

Only the regular WD RED EFAX models up to 6TB are DMSMR. These are EFBX and listed as CMR.

I've noticed sometimes Amazon - and most Chinese aliexpress stores - mark the item as "SHIPPED" almost immediately - which means you can no longer cancel.
But then it sits at that status for days (sometimes weeks in China) without any activity being listed.
