YMMV, but this coupon may work as well.

my local memoryexpress is 679.99, price match and taking extra 5% off could make it less than $500

I guess this will be the 4th HDD in my Synology. Is it fine if i mix different HDD sizes in a 4 bay Synology? (I will have 12 14 14 18)

FYI: 20TBs were just released last week and so these are being lowered as a result.

You will not be able to utilize the full capacity of your drives if you use RAID5 (only 12gb from each drive). You can use JBOD, or just 4 different volumes. The risk is no redundancy...

I have a 10TB disk in my 4 bay NAS and i already have a back up of it on my external drive. Now, I have bought 3 of these 18TB. What is the best RAID config for me for these 3 18TB drives? Thanks in advance.

Also, do these 18TB have more noise. Were the 18TB from Best Buy during Black Friday a better bang for buck. These have OEM but is it worth the $$$.

Yes, although reds are NAS compatible and meant for continuous operation.
