One of the best nvme SSDs in the market, on par with Samsung 970 evo plus.

I would chose the with Heatsink version for better temperature control.

Good drive, excellent mid-tier performance. And if you need a really fast drive - pay $50 more and get Sabrent Rocket 4.0. That is a real top tier now with 5GB/s - speed well above this drive and Samsung 970 EVO Plus too.

In theory yes, but I doubt you will see much difference in real life performance unless you copy and paste lots of big files all the time. The difference is more than $80 so only you can make that decision. I jumped on this deal even I have a X570 motherboard, and put the money for more ram.
