You should have put the subject as "Niagara Houses Prices are going to catch fire!" to match the trend in the RFD Real Estate thread...

I like the Niagara area quite a lot. It used to be such a good investment 2 - 3 years back with lots of positive cashflow opportunities, but prices has escalated quickly and it's not so easy anymore.
