What would the experience be without the actual taiko drum?
Best deal (from almost 20 years ago): 2 boxes (20 reams of 500) of HP 92 white papers from staples for $7.00
Back when staples price match and takes off 50% of the price difference. (2004)

Absolutely love Taiko...but for some reason this game on small screen Switch or TV makes me SUPER dizzy. Or the notes get blurry.

Online they said I have to re-train my eyes and it'll get better...but it took to long so gave up.

Never had that problem in the arcade or on other consoles I've played

Is Taiko pretty fun without buying the drums?
Got that Zoomer plan finally!

It's fun when I use the touch screen but I assume the drums would be better. I like it though and played a lot so far.

Wish I got it at this price. I could have used the extra money to get the Ghibli songs lol

Great game, even without the drums, as long as you're just playing casually and not serious. I just wish the drums were cheaper to buy around here!

I own the drum. They are way better. I can aruge it's a completely different game with the drum. But i don't believe you can buy the physical drums here? they have to be imported?

Do any of the cheap off brand drums from Aliexpress work? Don’t mind waiting a bit for it but I see some for around $30 there

I get $16.24 for the Definitive Edition. Can someone direct me to the $12.49 link?

TIA

Those who are interested in the physical drum, it is cheaper to buy the official Hori taiko from amazon.co.jp and pay the international shipping than it is to order it from amazon.ca

Drum is what makes these games great, I'd at least get a 3rd party drum off Amazon.

Yes, finally at a price point I can get on board with! Can anyone with the AliExpress drums provide a brief review?
