Would have been hot if these had been for physical copies simply for their resale/exchange value

Same price everywhere now, including eshop, bestbuy, amazon and gamestop. Still cheapest at the source with PSP.

Too bad it's digital. I've beaten 3d World on Wii U so I can't justify buying it again. If it was physical I would though.

I recommend it, for those considering getting it.

You can get an extra 10% off if you use eShop gift cards from Costco.

If people didnt buy at these “sales” maybe Nintendo would actually have a sale and bring back Nintendo Classics at $29.99 price point.

I'm new to Switch, but someone a while back was telling me something like Switch digital games are tied to the console, not you're Nintendo account - meaning you can't take them with you if you replace the console. This sounds absurd to me, hoping it's not the case?

Not the case at all. Games are tied to the account.

Edit: They may have been talking about saves from certain games like splatoon, pokemon and animal crossing but I don't know the details. If someone wants to elaborate or if you want to look into that.

Tied to your account, not device. I believe this was the case with 3DS and Wii but not with switch anymore.

It's a 5 year old console and still selling well, plus this time they actually have third party support so no chance.
