Includes New Super Mario Bros. 2 Nintendo 3DS XL system, a New Super Mario Bros. 2 downloadable game, AC Adapter, stylus, 4GB SD Memory Card, and 6 AR Cards.

Edit - corrected the price and link (sorry about that), also removed the word new in the title to avoid comfusion over the version of the 3ds.

That's the American site and price. For Canada it's $155. Still seems like a good deal.

FYI, it's the original 3DS XL system with New Super Mario Bros. 2, not the "New 3DS XL" system; might be confusing with all the "new".

There are some exclusive titles to the new one only like Xenoblade Chronicles.

If the games are recent, I would do a little research to make sure.

Probably not, they may have updated the firmware as part of the refurbish process. You're better off buying a 2DS or a regular N3DS XL in my opinion, avoid the newer limited editions. Cheaper and guaranteed to be on a hackable firmware.
