Nintendo switch and Mario And Sonic at the Olympic games?

Does anyone own the switch and remember very recently this game for free? I am sure i saw this somewhere, maybe a month or two previous?

Can anyone confirm or deny this was free at some point?

I never heard of it being free. It has been on sale a few times since last summer when the Olympics were actually supposed to take place, but I'll kick myself if it was free and I missed it
