It's truly sad new Nvidia launched near 4 months now and their solution to supply is marketing the years old 20 series cards.

Truthfully, Nobody can see this as a value purchase any longer? Won't the $30 more MSRP 30 series (3050?) run circles around this despite being a unicorn? Sad.

Yes, they've been around for many years. I've never purchased from them but have heard people say that the refurbished items generally come like new. Potentially returns that were repackaged?

People are downvoting because they are salty about the shortage. I'm upvoting for effort. Thanks for sharing OP.

Sad times

Got a 3060ti at MSRP, but even that was not a great price for the performance compared to a few years ago

should I buy this?
I'm still using Giga GTX 1070 but somehow my PC's performance quite...weak

My rig:
-Ryzen 7 2700X
-32G of RAM (bus 3000)
-Gigabte GTX 1070

Just grabbed one. Says there was 3 left. Was about 8 when I bought mine.

Not an amazing price, but it wasn't horrible (for me) either. I just bought a GTX 1660 in October and TODAY was the last day Amazon would let me return. I'm returning that and grabbing this for about $200 more.

Was already getting 100 FPS in Black Ops Cold War on Ultra, but I'm hoping with this I'll be able to push past 144 FPS to take advantage of my monitor.

Edit: Down to 2 left it says!

Bought a used 2070 for $520 recently, sold my 2060 for $510. GPU market right now is crazy and probably will be for a while.

I'm sure you can chalk this up to buyers remorse or whatever, but FWIW I believe the 3050 will only have 4GB VRAM...which sounds bad? And this also presumes that their wont be a shortage and they will be easy to get. Not sure about other 30 series.

Also I doubt this has anything to do with NVIDIA official marketing? It's a third-party small business based out of Ottawa who probably got a hold of about 10. Their site sells no other graphics cards (at the moment). I'm more worried about whether they are actually "New" or not like they are listed. But I suppose I'll find out.

edit: and now its a moot point as they are sold out. Good night everyone!

Why are GPU cards in such high demand again? Is it the unemployed pandemic nerds driving up demand?
