Nice. Hopefully my portfolio will be closer to 50k by then and I can jump into ETF's for the first time.

It would be nice if VT was included in this... or at least in the future. VTI+VXUS for no MER would be dynamite!
Indexer, non-yield chasing, low cost, broad based, as simple as possible investor.

Those 2 MF's won't be made available to Canadians like all other US-based MF's.

The ETFs are available.

Lots of sloppy reading in this thread. First the OP who titles the thread “No fees ETF” and then links to a story about mutual funds and then a bunch of ETF discussion. Only @cn_habs correctly pointing out these are US MFs and therefore inaccessible to Canadians.

Not that sub 10 basis point or free are going to make any difference in someone’s ability to reach financial independence but the novelty of free is entertaining.
