[No Frills] 5,000 Points ($5) for $20 Produce @ No Frills Thursday

For ONE DAY only, Thursday, April 12th, you get 5,000 points for $20+ purchases of produce.

You need a PC Optium points card.

If you shop anyway at No Frills, you might as well go on Thursday and buy $20 of bananas, apples, lettuce, etc.

This was an email offer from PC Optium today. It does not show up in my Optium offers though.

Perhaps targeted. YMMV.

Why not just say "Spend $20 on produce, get 5000 points ($5 value)"?

It's obviously not in next week's flyer as that doesn't start till Friday.

Too bad the PC APP sucks crap. Never records points from using PC Mastercard. Watch out people!! And when you do online chat, they are friggin clueless and need DAYS to look into it.

OP here.

I received it as an email from No Frills via PC Optium a few hours ago.

It says....
You've consented to receive email offers from PC Optium (when I registered my card online I guess, months ago).

It does not appear on my Optium offers page in my APP but I'm pretty sure it's valid.

Is it a YMMV? It's possible. It's hard to verify as I can't even verify it for me.

This deal is best for people who are probably going to get $20 in produce anyway this week. Might as well choose Thursday.

If you've signed up for email offers, check your junk. If you haven't signed up, then sign up for their 1/week offers.

I received a similar email for RCSS:

Exclusive PC Optimum Offer - Flash Sale, One Day Only Wednesday April 11, 2018 - 7,500 pts when you spend $25 on Produce

Since the deal doesn't start until tomorrow, I'm wondering if this offer will appear in the app tomorrow and OP's offer Thursday.

Well, I was at superstore last week and have an offer to get 5000 additional points if I spend 100#$ which I already did, and have been told will take 4-6 weeks..Still waiting for it...

@No frills last week flyer, spending 100$ will give you additional 15000 Points(15$)...which I did, Even after posting an inquiry as of today I don't see those points...May be soon (I have a copy of last week flyer as a proof)..

and the new flyer for this week have better pricing for certain items in Winnipeg, and the one I go to employees have no idea about the stock and tells me every time, just look around...

Any confirmation yet that this is widespread and not targeted?
