I understand the OP's enthusiasm. Years ago I got a really good batch of Fraser Valley blueberries from Costco and was so impressed I was compelled to email the company and rave about it.

FWIW the RCSS West flyer has the same deal on the front page this week (Jul 23-29). $3.84 for 2 lb, not 2 qt.

Saw 1pint containers at Freshco for $1.99.
They were from B.C. but did not buy any.
They were quite small and dryish looking, and did not look sweet and succulent like the ones in the OP's description.

Nice post. Side note I really wish they standardize on weight (pounds and kilos) instead of throwing in pints and quarts. How am I supposed to compare the values?

Size is not always an indicator of good quality blueberries. How are you finding the taste of these ones? Usually I get the frozen Kirkland 2kg for ~$12 and those are much better than other frozen ones I've tried. Thinking of getting these and freezing them myself if they're good.

Went blueberry picking in Delta today…$2/lb and it’s only okay. I’ll buy some BC blueberries at No Frills or RCSS this week and see if they’re better than what I picked

I usually get blueberries from Emma Lea Farms, they have been consistently excellent in terms of flavor year over year. Sure, big blueberries look good, but I haven't found better tasting blueberries locally.

Anyone else know other local farms with good blueberries?

FWIW, this year may be the exception to the norm, peeps. A lot of berry farmers lost their more sensitive crops as they cooked under the 'heat dome' western Canada (and the north) was experiencing.. Apparently some did ok and grew into giants.. I suppose we can reap that bounty for now..
Hoping the industry doesn't change /get wiped out completely due to climate change...

Got 2 lbs from my local Co-Op (NWT) for same price basically ($3.99). Usually they're from the lower mainland (Fraser Valley area, typically Abbotsford), but these were from Kelowna, interestingly..

In my experience the bigger the berry the weaker the flavour. It's the small dark ones that tend to be rich and sweet. Hopefully these ones are an exception.
