[No Frills] Buy 4 Broccoli crowns, receive 4000 PCO points - $5.08 after pm (YMMV)

No Frills in Ontario have 4000 points when you buy 4 broccoli crowns in store (it’s every 4 items though, so you will get another 4000 if you buy again)

Walmart have Broccoli stalks for $1.27 each on their flyer.

Most No Frills price match Walmart but YMMV because it’s slightly different between “crowns” and “stalks” so depends on the cashier you will be getting. Some may reject due to “not the same item”

I got mine in Markham without any issue, receipt attached.

I picked up the 4k deal today with the stalks. The picture in the NF flyer does seem to visually indicate the broccoli stalk product, and the veggie PCO deals are done on a per item basis, and not a weight basis like the broccoli crowns are..

Edit my west NF flyer only says broccoli and doesn't differentiate between crowns and stalks.

I got regular brocolli earlier this week because the crowns on sale were smaller than my fist. Price seems reasonable now.

They sell broccoli crowns by weight out west? I've only seen them sold individually. I usually get them when they go on sale for 88 cents each.

That's why I wrote YMMV above, perhaps try again with another cashier or at another location

Better to PM cauliflower from Walmart, it’s $2.47 at Walmart this week vs $2.99 at Freshco.

Already tried two locations, same reason. But funny to waste any more time

Yeap, the stalks are bunched together and sold as a bundle, this week for $3 each bundle of maybe 2 stalks each bundle. The crowns are sold by weight, with a sale price of $4.34/kg, non-sale for like $6.50/kg iirc. I've never seen broccoli that cheap lol
