I'd add 2kg sugar $1 & iceburg lettuce $1. And don't forget No Frills price matches other local grocers along with the Optimum points you can get. Those are "frills" that pay off for this family, ha ha

Actually, it's a very good sales flyer this week, so many more deals could be listed :)

The No Frills flyer is good but the same can't be said about some of the large competitors, specicifically Walmart. Walmart still owes me money from ad matching back in the summer. I have never experienced such poor service from any other company.

While we are at this, 88 cents each or per pound for broccoli and rona tomatoes at Food Basics - easily PM at many other stores, No Frills included.

I personally prefer No Frills, for convenience with 1 store in close proximity and haven't had any trouble PM'ing there so far.

No lineup at my location. Went to self checkout but had to ask for the Kit Kat. The clerk knew about the promo and went to get one from the regular cash where it looks like each lane had a box.

It’s the larger sized 120g bar that WM sells for $1.98

Hereford Corned Beef 340g for $2 is good price.

Unfortunately they changed something a year or so ago and my body doesn't handle it like I did before.

(Sure, blame the food and not yourself)

Of course, ingredients as per label is cooked beef and beef.

Seems kind of unusual to me. I always fry it up .... but cooked and uncooked beef in the same tin?

Maybe a subtle warning that it should be cooked.

Got even better with my personal Optimum point offers (So YMMV). & never saw one like this. But $5 back in points for $25+ spend at No Frill on No Name products cumulatively till March 3rd. Means another 20% off :)

I got this offer for 2 consecutive weeks. Only 10% return but it’s not limited to No Name products only.

3 weeks ago, I got 4500 pts for every $30 purchase. I hope these targeted store-wide offers continue!

Although these offers return less than SDM’s 20X offers (30%), NF has far better prices plus they price match. I’ve significantly reduced my grocery spend at SDM.

I got offers for 17,500 points for $175 spend. Ummmm, no. My normal spend there is $60-100.
And 8000 points on $40 in No Name food/pet products. Again, no.
I'm bummed that these targeted offers aren't really ones I would use.

And I keep getting the SDM $1.99 butter for weekends, but my local SDM is constantly sold out, regardless of if I go early or later in the day.

Some great deals at NF though, thanks for pointing out the chicken as I missed that on flipp!

Wow the $175 threshold sucks. My normal NF spend is $20-$30 per week, maybe $40-$50 tops at the odd time when I need to stock up my freezer. So perhaps that is why my offer spend threshold is far lower than yours.

shame the $1 chicken rarely comes out west.

Not many would go to a grocery store during these times for a free chocolate bar. I do undestand that you might as well take it if you had to go shopping anyway, but there are eaiser ways to get $1 or $2 off.

It does happen a few times a year. This week the West has pork shoulder for $1 lb which is also a good deal.

Our not so local No Fills is particularly bad for never having any stock of the flyer deals. Not really worth the 20 minute drive to end up frustrated yet again.
