They'd probably cut each piece in half and post on the website that it's the same great value. No one believed then when they start using marginally bigger chickens but started cutting pieces in half.

You mean that you don't like thighs the size of a ketchup packet?

With these No Frills chicken legs, the backs attached adds extra weight, but it will also make them look bigger. They're also good for the rostisserie oven.

Why stop at quarters? KFC would surely cut them into eighths.

For anyone out of the loop: https://www.kfc.ca/different-pieces
Someone forgot to tell them that you can't cut a piece in half and provide the "same value" unless the chicken is now double the size (which it isn't). Strangely, the pictures show KFC using a smaller chicken now! They'll surely say that pictures aren't to scale, but when you're doing a side-by-side comparison, it should be. They couldn't even do that right. Why would the chickens now have a smaller breast but only have fatter wings and legs? This has likely been an embarassment for KFC, and I am very surprised that site with the diagrams is still up. They evem cut the thigh now so that one piece includes the rib bone, for the sole purpose of making it look bigger.
