No-Frills has a deal this week. Buy 4 specific produce and get 4k ($4) points back. The Yonge and Steeles location is selling 2 pack Cucumbers for 99 cents.

Buy in multiples of 4 and it is all free..

Misleading title - the cucumbers aren't free. You have to buy 4 of the items listed in the promo to get the 4000 points.

At my NF cucumbers come in packages of 2, for 1.50, not $.99...it's too bad NF cheats its customers by charging different prices despite being in the same region.

OP, could you please specify that this is Ontario and not in the West nor Atlantic Canada? I know you said "location specific," but that says something different than "Ontario only."

definitely YMMV. The one closest to me for some reason never has flyer deals etc. I always have to "price match" the other stores to get anything.

I paid $2.99 for ONE CUCUMBER just 2 weeks ago...
The price for the 2 cucumbers is $2.29 at the No Frills near me (Fanshawe in London)

There must be a bumper crop of cukes flooding the market. They're on sale everywhere, although not as good as this.

At the western No Frills, the offer is 88-cent English cukes. No 4,000 points on those, only on the "mini cucumbers," which I think are small cukes that never grew properly LOL. I'm not sure I admit. But we get different offers and price points than Ontario on many, many things.

If I had more time, I would have written a shorter post

I was thinking the same thing initially.
But unfortunately the no frills points is when you buy pairs of cucumbers.
The $0.69 is single. So don't think it would qualify.

You say FREE....
I say, money comes out of pocket at checkout, still not free...
I scan for points, which probably take a few days to kick in, still not free...
I wait for points to show up, cannot redeem because I need min 10K point top redeem so still not free...

This is the worst type of free redemption I've encountered, by the time I get my money back I've forgotten all about the cucumbers, whatever happened to FREE means on the spot free? lol
