Reject Heinz and support French's! French's make their ketchup in Canada, Heinz closed down Canadian production, axed jobs and moved to U.S.

French is way better. Has a nice spice to it but not overdone. Heinz is just sweet and nothing else. French has a tiny bit more sugar.

Heinz bailed on Canada, moved their plant to the States. French bought their Canadian location after they left Canada in Leamington Ontario saving many jobs. Apparently Heinz ketchup prices are going up soon because Trumps Tariffs. Heinz does taste sweeter, but I'd rather support French, just my two cents.

and the ingredients are Canadian, the workers who make it are Canadian, and all French's ketchup sold in Canada should now be bottled at the Select Foods Product facility in North York (Ontario).

Spotted this deal too. Friend and her family go through ketchup like crazy, so will definitely be picking up at least 6 during our shop this weekend...

Two prints allowed per browser or computer. Copies or PDFing is fraud as these are individually numbered.

There was a thread saying even though French's ketchup isn't truly Canadian, saying their tomatoes are processed in USA or something. Truly Canadian ketchup is made by Primo. Everything is done in Canada. But cheap ketchup is cheap

there's a prominent banner on French's home page bragging that their ketchup is made with 100% Canadian tomatoes and it's been well documented by many media outlets that the ketchup itself is all made in Canada

primo is also canadian made, owned, and supplied , afaik.

french's used to manufacture for the restaurants in toronto, and bottle for commercial sale in Ohio, but that changed last year, so now canadian bottles are also made here.

edit: hopefully that helps clear up any confusion.

Select Food Products Ltd. now produces all of the French's ketchup sold in Canada at its North York (Ontario) plant .
Previously some French's ketchup sold in Canada was manufactured in the United States.

French’s ketchup has always been made with Canadian tomatoes, but it used to be processed in an Ohio plant in the U.S. That is until French’s partnered with Select Food Products Ltd. (a 100% Canadian family-owned food manufacturer) so it could achieve all-Canadian bragging rights. The Select Food production facility, located in North York, is now producing all of the company’s ketchup sold in Canada.

Switched to French's last year and it's been a big hit with everyone. Never looked back.
