No Frills grocery pickup system glitch?

No Frills grocery pickup system glitch?

Does No Frills online grocery ordering system have a glitch? Every time I start an order, normally 2 weeks in advance, and go to add products to my cart, the system has kicked out my pickup date & time. My order is well above the minimum. Yesterday it happened twice and again today. Very stressful. 2 hour wait to talk to their customer service. Flushed Face Thanks.

2 things newcomers are running into

1- Got to be logged in to HOLD the timeslot. So log in BEFORE you add anything to your cart.
2- Got to finish the transaction & pay ... to get an Order Confirmation.

You can go back into your order anytime after you pay (up to 2 days prior) to make changes / additions... or update your Substitution List / Notes.
