[No Frills] HOT - Sylvania Dimmable LED Light Bulbs $2.00 + 1,500 PCO Points

HOT Deal on Sylvania Dimmable LED Lihght Bulbs. These are at No Frills stores and appear to be from a previous sale so YMMV on inventory. Sale Price is $2.00 from $5.00 but you get back 1,500 PCO points for each bulb purchase. I picked up 12 bulbs for $27 tax in but got back 18K in points so essentially (and I don't want to hear from the "PC points are not cash" people) each bulb works out to $0.50. Use your PCWE MC and the deal gets even better.

OP, PC points are not cash
Sometimes they are better than cash. Like last month when we got 40% back when redeeming.

2700k (too yellow) or 5000k (too white)

Nothing in between :(

The deal is here for people who want them. If you don't like it, move on to the next thread. Pretty simple.

I bought quite a few Sylvania Ultra LED bulbs when they were on sale for 50 cents each at No Frills last year. Those bulbs work very well. These ones have different packaging without the "Ultra" so I'm wondering how they compare. OP, can you provide the manufacturer's model or part number for these?

Didn't see anything on the package that for a "part number" but these UPC pics may have some helpful information.

Your right the points are not cash to spend anywhere freely. But for me, when I go to my local RCSS, or No Frills or Loblaws (cause that's where me and my family shop) and my bill comes to $200+, i then apply my PCO points to that transaction and this in turn becomes a deduction of my bill which in turn saves me "cash" instead of it going into the till at the register. This is all subjective as to how you look at the whole PCO points program as a whole, but if you shop at the Loblaw family of stores like me and my family do, this is a good as cash in my books. Less I have to physically spend, is "cash" saved. Back all that this out, $2.00 for a light bulb is a still a good deal......not Lava hot, but not bad either.

If “ You don’t want to hear from people who say PC points are not cash” then title your thread correctly instead of click baiting and arrogantly force your version of reality on others. Especially as PC points can only be redeemd in $10 increments.

Full disclosure: I personally treat PC points as cash (or better during SDM Super Spend) but still consider your title clickbait.

Thank you for posting nonetheless.

Fair enough. I can respect that. With that said, title has been updated. Click bait was not the intention here though.
