Surprised they didn't go with Thickener 418 though. Most superior noodle brands use that one.

I went to NF last friday, the original flavor is not on sale, only the BBQ chicken flavor, so I brought 2, I will check again tomorrow if the original flavor is now on sale.

The trick is to not fully drain the water after boiling. Keep about 1/10 water left and add seasoning.

This with fried egg and chili oil is best bro..
