They use this noodle in the Hong Kong 7-11s. It’s a go to snack for Hong Kong people, not like Mr. Noodle... Mr. Noodle is ... well no one eats Mr. Noodles. I remember going downstairs to the 7-11 for these (with small wieners, egg or fish balls) when I was hungry during work, and 5 other people would be eating it too inside the store. Good old days

Really good. Boil. Dump water oil. Turn off heat. I normally put it in the bowl and mix it there. I use all the sauces and oils as much as can. Might be unhealthy but really saucy and tasty. If you mix it and continue adding heat after it's boiled the noodles become less moist. More dry and thin.
