I too as well. I feel it takes less for it to be more sudsy and break down grease but cheap is cheap. I'll grab a few to stock up. Always need dish soap. Always got the Dawn when it was on sale and used a coupon and CO51 but now the coupon only includes the 828ml big bottles no longer the smaller one.

btw...this is not the ultra version....its much more watered down...over the decades its this product continues to be watered down from what it was originally.

Two people mentioned coupons; can anyone let us know where they obtained said coupons?

I prefer Dawn too (was $1.5 at Loblaws just over a week ago) but when I buy Palmolive, it's the Ultra that I get, not the regular since it's too watery. The regular 828mL of the regular usually costs the same as the 5xxmL Ultra and I see the Palmolive on sale for less than $2 very often.

Jean Coutu in Ottawa/Gatineau willl have the same on sale for 3/$4 so it's 33c more if you don't have NF nearby. RCSS or FreshCo will also PM NF.

Is the Palmolive sold in Costco the regular one too? If so the No Frills price is better than the Costco one even when on sale.

Thanks, I know laundry detergent loses effectiveness after a year or so (or at least that's what many websites claim) so figure the same would be true for most/all cleaning products in general.

I think its the Ultra one. Can anyone else confirm?
if you don't ask, the answer is always NO!
