I got the flyer in the mail and noticed they're adopting an unusual pricing strategy
Just the OP's deals all end in different prices: .78, .68, .97, .73, .82, .76, .77
I don't remember such variations in the flyer before (maybe it's harder to earn PCO points)

Jane's chicken nuggets are like 75% breading. The O'Tasty dumplings are a good buy at $2.97. Smucker's jam at $2.47 is an all time low price. Palmolive dish detergent at $1.25 for 1 litre bottle is a great buy.
Koodo $40/6GB
Public Mobile 2016 fall promo, $23/1GB, $38/5GB

It's harder to earn the first set of points when there's a minimum but after the minimum for per dollar spent bonus points, I've found that rounding gets done (sometimes in customer's favor).

They do round so I never found odd or .99 pricing ever an issue.

FYI, there is no sale on chicken drumsticks or thighs the farther you are from the GTA. Instead the sale is on Top Sirloin Grilling Steak $4.44/lb.

The flyer that shows the chicken legs are for Ontario stores, with 2187 Bloor Street West being the exception. I did look at a random place such as Barrie, and yes, the steak is shown, and once again, it says Ontario stores only, excluding Kenora, Geralldton, and Thunder Bay. These images could be good for price matching purposes in the sense that there would be more products to potentially match.

My point is that No Frills stores in Ontario like Newcastle, Cobourg, Peterborough, Belleville, Kingston, Gananoque ,etc (further away from the GTA) don't advertise the chicken drumsticks or thighs sale. Your post is still very helpful.

Thanks for letting me know. I understood that. I would say that No Frills is guilty of confusing advertising, unless they're going to honor both sets of specials. The printed flyers and online flyers just say "Ontario".

Seriously though , with that kind of track record why would anyone buy that junk?
Salmonella, E Coli, Listeria etc are all too common and only take hold of people who dont practice proper food hygiene and cooking practices (aka, cook the darn stuff fully!) :)

You're looking about 3 to 3.5 lb per 3L container. I weighed a couple recently.
