[No Frills] Ontario: Starfrit The Rock 11" Fry Pan $14.97

No Frills ON has a Starfrit The Rock 11" fry pan for $14.97, starting Thurs, May 16th.

Suggest you shop early if you want one, I know at my No Frills they never get much stock of deals like this and always sell out before the weekend

I believe it's this one: https://www.starfrit.com/en/the-rock-11 ... fry-pan-15

I'll recommend "The Rock" products. Got a square version at Canadian Tire with the grill marks and threw out my indoor grill, since it was Superior to it. EASY cleanup (Dish soap and a good scrubber) and heat retention is insane. I don't know what the long term quality will be since I've only had it for an year but so far it has been amazing.

We've owned two bigger ones for a couple years or more, and they're the best non-stick pans ever created, in our opinion. Will def try to pick up this deal if we can. Thanks, OP.

Love these pans. I'm sure better pans exist but for the price I fail to see much better. I bought a pot/pan sets 2 years ago and just threw out and replaced the largest sized pan which I use the most often.

Don't overheat these and let them cool off on their own before cleaning and they'll last a long time. 2 years for me with use 2-3 times daily, nonstick right to the end.

Hmmm I tried one of the rock ceramic ones from Canadian tire and it's not non-stick anymore. Are the black ones better?

They are aluminum, so no, they won't work with induction stove tops.

The ones that work with induction have a "PLUS" identifier on it. I've only ever seen that version sold at Costco

I agree but only for the "thick" versions. This looks like the shittier thin version which I tried, and had a warped base. I would personally avoid it if that is the case (but YMMV).
The thick ones have a silver aluminum handle and work with induction.
