For some reason I have been receiving No Frills emails every Tuesday but they're pretty useless until today wherein there's a dollar sale for Nature Valley granola bars and Source yogurt 650 g tub

Boohoo. Just bought two for $4 for NV bars (OK price, not great, not gonna try and search to save another quarter or two) for those periodic summer starvin days.

PS the Sweet and salty has 5 bars in there. If you buy the crunchy Oat n Honey or crunchy peanut butter it's 10 bars for the same price. Added bonus is they can sit in the car without getting gooey messy.

We're all bozos on the bus until we find a way to express ourselves...

Failure is always an option...just not the preferred one!

I almost forgot about this sale while I was actually in No Frills

The one on Front typically has some surprisingly low limits so I was expecting a limit of 4 boxes of NV but they were allowing 6
