True but a lot of ppl know someone who is a Costco member. Get them to buy you a gift card and you can go in and buy stuff...FYI there are some rules re. gift cards for non-members though.

Non-member use
You do not have to be a Costco member to use a Costco Shop Card to shop in a Costco warehouse, but non-members must register for a one-day shopping pass at the Membership Counter each time they access a warehouse to use a Costco Shop Card. The one-day pass may not be used as a replacement for a Costco membership. If the value of a non-member purchase exceeds the value of the Costco Shop Card, the excess can only be paid by cash, debit or Mastercard. Only Costco members can buy Costco Shop Cards or increase their balance. Balances may only be applied to the purchase of products and cannot be redeemed for cash by members or non-members, except as required by law.

All Jamieson products were 50% off at Loblaws this week, including their high end stuff. I passed by my local No Frills and the Jamieson section had been ransacked by all the poor people.
